4. Delivery Process and Policy
4.1. Ordering and Receiving Process

4.3. Hedon’s Delivery Policy
Delivery or Service Provision Method
- Door-to-door delivery: We provide door-to-door delivery service for customers in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Delivery via courier service: For customers located farther away, we will use a third-party courier service.
Estimated Time for Delivery or Service Provision
- Door-to-door delivery: Fast inner-city delivery will be completed within the same day if the order is confirmed before 12:00. For orders placed during holidays, customers are advised to place their orders 6 to 12 hours in advance.
- Delivery via courier service: Delivery time depends on the location and the policies of the third-party courier service. We will provide specific information before confirming the order.
Geographical Limits for Delivery or Service Provision
- Door-to-door delivery only applies to inner-city areas of Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. For suburban areas, we will inform and agree on specific terms with the customer.
Responsibilities of the Merchant and Logistics Service Provider
- Hedon is responsible for providing product documents during delivery and receipt. All goods are sealed and carefully packed before shipping. Customers are responsible for checking the goods before receiving them.
- If the goods show signs of being opened or are insufficient in quantity, customers must immediately make a record with the delivery unit and notify us for timely resolution.
4.3. Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay, we will promptly notify the customer and provide the customer with the opportunity to cancel the contract if desired. Customers should contact us immediately for assistance.
5. Product Inspection, Delivery and Customer Age Verification Policy
To protect customers’ rights and comply with legal regulations related to alcohol trading, Hedon WineHub has established the following policy for product inspection, delivery and age verification:
5.1. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers have the right to request Hedon WineHub delivery staff to open the package for product inspection before receipt. The inspection includes: wine type, brand, alcohol content, valid labels and stamps, expiration date and physical condition of the bottle, such as breakage, dents or leakage. If the goods do not match the order description or are damaged during transportation, customers may refuse to receive the goods and contact Hedon WineHub for assistance with exchange or return. Product inspection must be carried out at the time of delivery, before signing for receipt.
5.2. Responsibilities During Delivery and Receipt
Hedon WineHub is committed to packaging products properly, ensuring complete labels and stamps, and preserving wine under suitable conditions throughout storage and transportation. The delivery unit authorized by Hedon WineHub is responsible for delivering goods on time, ensuring product safety and verifying the recipient’s age in accordance with legal regulations. Customers must cooperate in checking the goods before signing for receipt and provide accurate information when placing an order, especially the delivery address and the recipient’s age.
5.3. Customer Age Verification Policy
According to Decree 105/2017/ND-CP on alcohol trading, products with an alcohol content of 5.5% ABV or higher must not be sold to people under 18 years old. Therefore, Hedon WineHub is responsible for refusing to provide products to anyone who does not meet the age requirement. When purchasing directly at the store, Hedon WineHub staff have the right to request customers to present identification documents such as ID card, citizen identification card or equivalent documents to verify their age if there is any doubt. For home delivery orders, the recipient must present documents proving that they are at least 18 years old. If this requirement is not met, the delivery staff will refuse to hand over the product, and the order will be cancelled.
Hedon WineHub is committed to strictly complying with legal regulations on alcohol trading and ensuring the lawful rights and interests of customers. All age verification information is collected solely to ensure social responsibility and is kept strictly confidential in accordance with Hedon WineHub’s privacy policy.
6. Product Return and Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges, returns and refunds in the following cases:
- The delivered product does not match the order, including product name, size, model or color.
- The product is defective or has been used.
- The product is damaged during transportation or due to a manufacturer’s fault. In this case, customers have the right to refuse receipt and request the delivery department to contact us.
Return and Exchange Conditions, Applicable to Online Purchases Only:
- Time limit: Within 03 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must remain intact: Goods must still have the box, must not be torn or damaged, must include gifts if any, must have unbroken seals and labels, and must be accompanied by the invoice.
- The product must show no signs of use.
Exchange and Return Costs:
- If the fault is ours: We will cover all shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to personal preference: You will bear all return shipping costs and the delivery cost for the new product.
Refund Conditions: We will issue a refund in 2 cases:
- Refund when the product is defective due to our fault.
- Refund when the customer no longer wishes to receive the product due to a change in personal needs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: We only issue refunds after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet all the conditions stated above.
