Ventisquero’s Reserva collection explores Chilean growing regions through familiar grape varieties. For this Chardonnay, the producer looks to Casablanca, where the coastal setting helps retain freshness alongside ripe, expressive fruit.

The wine shows a golden hue with youthful green highlights. Papaya and mango mingle with suggestions of honey, vanilla and toast. On the palate, it offers a broad, smooth texture, balanced acidity and a lingering finish that combines fruit with subtle richness.

Serve at 10-12°C (50-54°F) to allow its aromas to open. Pair with roast chicken, fish in a light cream sauce, shellfish pasta or a mild, creamy cheese.
