Paul Mas Rose De Syrah

Paul Mas Rosé de Syrah offers a fresh, fragrant expression of Syrah in a lighter pink style. It is a versatile southern French rosé for casual lunches, aperitifs and meals that bring several different flavours to the table.

This Pays d’Oc wine is part of the Paul Mas varietal range. Giving Syrah its own rosé expression highlights another side of the grape, with fresh fruit and aromatic charm taking the place of a red wine’s deeper structure.

Cherry notes mingle with floral aromas and a gentle grenadine-like impression. The palate is rounded and refreshing, with bright fruit carried by a clean, lively finish. Its balance of softness and freshness makes it easy to pair with lighter dishes.

We recommend serving at 8-10°C (46-50°F). Pair with grilled prawns, chicken salad, vegetable tartlets or light charcuterie. It also works well with mildly spiced Mediterranean or Asian dishes.
