Paul Mas Syrah

Paul Mas Syrah offers a generous southern French red with ripe fruit, peppery spice and an approachable texture. It is a satisfying choice for relaxed dinners and dishes with roasted or grilled flavours.

The wine belongs to the Paul Mas varietal range from the Pays d’Oc. Syrah brings a naturally expressive character to the collection, combining dark-fruit appeal with the savoury detail that makes it such a useful food wine.

Ripe wild berries are accompanied by violet and white-pepper notes. The palate is full and smooth, with supple tannins and a refreshing lift that keeps the fruit lively. Its finish combines floral detail with gentle spice, giving the wine character without making it difficult to enjoy.

We recommend serving at 15-17°C (59-63°F). Pair with lamb kebabs, grilled beef, roast chicken or a mushroom casserole. It also complements smoky aubergine and other savoury vegetable dishes.
